Mr. Jimmy is more that a fun band, they are a great bunch of friends who really like to play music together. Come see us at a bar, party or wedding and you'll see 6 people having a great time, and sharing that joy with everyone in the room. They started playing together in 2001, and over the years have added a few people, growing from a simple 4 piece rock and roll act to a full-blown entertainment machine. You'll be blown away by our arrangements of classic songs like "Take Me To The River," or "Feelin' Alright," and you'll be unable to stay in your seat once we get one of our great dance-music sets rolling. Jim, Eric and Mary Alyce sing 3-part harmonies, while Craig, Tommy and Paul create a strong back beat groove. Tommy and Jim are quite simply the best soloists on any stage in the DC area.

"By the way, which one’s Mr. Jimmy?" We get asked this all the time, there's only one answer to that question -- Mr Jimmy are Jim Moon, Eric Hols, Craig Green, Mary Alyce Wicks, Tommy Gianelos and Paul Lapointe. Mr Jimmy is the name of our band, as well as the way we feel. We live in Loudoun County, and play throughout the Washington area. From Frederick, Md to Fredericksburg, Va. and a thousands points in between. Mr Jimmy is a moment in time, a feeling at the end of the day, the way you know you have to get up and dance when the song hits you just right.

Sure we're goofy-looking -- what band in their right mind would pose with a plastic cow, for pete's sake? But we know how to have fun, we like to make people smile, and we're just plain good people. In this day and age, what the heck is wrong with that? |
